Growing up in Mexico City, we were surrounded by a vibrant array of spices that shaped our palate from an early age. That rich culinary heritage now inspires every treat we create — infusing familiar favorites with bold, unexpected flavors that deliver not just a kick, but a deliciously unique twist.

Some of the staples we incorporate include rich, aromatic Oaxaca chocolate, warm and fragrant Mexican cinnamon, and the smoky depth of guajillo peppers. We also infuse our treats with the tangy brightness of tamarind, the subtle nuttiness of ajonjolí (sesame seeds), and the earthy sweetness of piloncillo, an unrefined brown sugar cane cone. Together, these ingredients create a flavor experience that’s both bold and deeply rooted in tradition.

We have participated at special "Food & Wine" events throughout the year, including the NY Wine Event and Bloody Mary Fest. In addition, we also cater and create dessert bars for any occasion.
